Thats actually a good point, you practice every day and you get experinece from doing so, when you learn to do something new you've leveled up!! e.g yesterday i spun the psi wheel today i rolled a pencil LVL 3!!!

Nope, "levels" is a linear system of growth and what not. Psi does grow linearly... So, stay away from the levels. I was only kidding.
