I looked through the Psionics handbook and some articles, and I either missed it or it wasn't mentioned. Can you reprogram things after they are created? Like if I program something's shape and color, can I come back later and give it it's function. Thanks for your help

i believe that you can reprogram it if you first programed it so it would allow you to reprogram it later.

Unless protocols are inplace to hinder that, you can reprogram constructs. And even then they're not magically locked in, a sufficient amount of effort can overwrite or alter a construct's programming.
