Mix of expectation, feeling, and visual. That's how I do it.

So, you can program constructs with thought, right? Conceptualization and visualization have worked the best for me so far. Of course, I've only made a cold psi-ball, but I've been practicing alot. Actually, I now realize that I've only been practicing psi-ball creation and fitting as much energy into them as I can. I need to practice programming constructs now.

eh......i couldnt vote....its none of them......i simply just think......

apparently it seems kinda dumb trying to speak to a psiball (verbally)

and waddya mean by visually? visualising?

Like neveza, I usually use a slight visual, but for the most part, it's all tactile (feeling) and intent.

I seem to have gotten the best results from tactile and focused intent. It's what I've used mostly. However, I find that I don't make constructs that often. Maybe I make em' more than I realize though.
