Does anyone know how to do it? I feel like I'm having hot flashes and I hate it Mad ! Now I see what woman have to go through and it's so freakin' hot. Can I stop sensing it or wait till it stops because I really think I became too sensitive to it. So advice will be greatly appeciated.

i think you might have to go into a little more detail like, when do you have the hot flashes, what happens to you when you have hot flashes. it might be answer to help that way.
