I am very new have made Psiballs (almost sure) but can't seem to make them to anything. I try to make them hard but, I think they break up when I open my hands or i just can't feel them. So I was reading on a site that grounding is like the very beguingin(spelling) step?

So sense i couldn't find an artical on this site about it will someone post what it is an how to do it?
