The Time Barrier
During our history there have been many impossibilities and along with those impossibilities came broken records and new limits. First it was to go around the world and prove it wasn’t flat, then it was to fly, then it was to drive a vehicle, control water, make light, control electricity, to communicate with someone on the other side of the world, then to break the sound barrier, then to go into outer space, then to land a man on the moon, and now…now we break the time barrier. Many scientists have contributed to all of the above accomplishments, each giving a little along the way. But…for each man to contribute his work and get recognized for it, he had to think of the word differently from everyone else. Einstein once said, “The speed of light can never be reached, or even surpassed.” Oh how wrong Einstein was. The entire phrase is a contradiction in itself. If light can reach light speed, then it is a highly possible accomplishment! Einstein used this formula to base his findings: Time equals time divided by the square root of one minus the velocity squared divided by the speed of light squared, or T=T’/sqrt 1-(V Sq./C Sq). When T=the change in time for the stationary mover, T’=the change in time for the motionary mover, V=velocity, and C=speed of light (186,000 mi./sec.). Now, as long as your velocity never reaches your speed of light, you’re absolutely fine; however, if your velocity reaches or surpasses that speed, well, the speed of light will have to be changed, but since it’s an impossible accomplishment, we won’t go any further…or so said Einstein. You see, 186,000-mi./sec. Divided by 186,000 mi./sec. Equals 1, and 1-1=0. The square root of 0 is a “syntax error” (says my calculator). It cannot be done. Therefore, the speed of light can never be reached. It is believed (and even proven through mathematical reasoning) that this formula doesn’t work for speeds faster than that of the speed of light or equal to it. Have you ever wondered how fast you’d go in space if you first went 50% the speed of light, then stopped the engines (not the ship, only engines) in mid space and then restarted them at 49% the speed of light? You’d be going 90% the speed of light, right? Wrong, you’d only be going 49% of C (C=the speed of light) because your reference frame had stopped and then continued on 49% of C. In someone else’s reference frame, you are going 99% of C, but in yours you’re only going 49% of C. But if you continually went up to 99% of C in your reference frame, you’d be going precisely that. If you go 100% or above of C, time will no longer exist for you and the formula would no longer work, because you can’t dilate time that doesn’t exist! So there you have it, the time barrier. I believe i even wrote it in my theory at some point, and even my father had the same theory (he's also a science wiz). Basically, i believe that once we reach that speed, time stops for us, but that's only because we do enter another higher dimension of existence. there's no telling what would happen, which is why we would need to shield ourselves. I have written this somewhere in my theory that once you reach this level (light itself is kind of an intermediate energy-the fastest to us, the slowest to them) we would be in the form of the lowest known energy signature in the dimension. it's kind of like an onion, going up levels and levels at which i am not sure where it ends (most likely it will simply overfold itself and have one singular dimension of great magnitude...the Sub-Quantum Level at which we wish to reach in the Psinetic Field). I would like to post a copy of a letter i sent to my friend Kama. i haven't recieved an answer back yet, but i think i'm on to something.
I think, mathematically, Einstein made a mistake, a very large one, one that would completely change the way science is thought of. now, the formula for Time dilation is only a simple piece to the puzzle, not a full equation for what i'm looking for. it only talks about time. i'm wanting to go farther, up into distance, matter, mass, the laws of physics. one single equation that shows how we canconvert energy signatures into higher levels of dimensions, or even give us the doorway into how to cross directly into the Sub-Quantum Level. If you would like to view Kama's theories on Jellotivity, please go here: http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=2875 http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=28462 Time Dilation Formula: T=T’/sqrt(1-(v2/C2)) If V>C then T=‘I’ ‘I’=sqrt(-1) which is an imaginary constant Once V becomes =/> C, an imaginary number (‘I’) is constructed. Based on The Theory of Jellotivity, T=Negative time and ‘I’T=Positive Time. If we begin our journey, we will start with T’=1 (second) and move up to T’=30 (seconds). So, here is a table of the information I have extracted: T’ (I)T Factor Average Factor 1 0.5774 0.5773 0.5773 2 1.1547 0.5773 3 1.7320 0.5774 4 2.3094 0.5773 5 2.8867 0.5743 6 3.4610 0.5804 7 4.0414 0.5774 8 4.6188 0.5773 9 5.1961 0.5774 10 5.7735 0.5773 The base factor here, 0.5773, is not absolute. It is not a constant, because if you add T’ by the Average factor, your numbers will change in vary. Hence, if we have a difference of real (positive) and imaginary (negative) universal parts and such as time, speed, distance, whatever, then by using the Time Dilation formula, I have been able to show what difference we will have when transferring from the positive to the negative and vice versa.. The table above only shows the difference in the length of time we exceeded the speed of light by 200%. In this theory, I show that once we exceed the speed of light, we will experience a slow regeneration of time. In short, we’ll be speeding up. We’ll start off slow, then just climb up faster and faster until we reach another speed barrier. What I will show later is the difference it makes with both how long you are Gone and the speed at which you travel. By being gone only ten seconds at speeds reaching 200% the speed of light (C), 372,000 m/sec, we actually have accelerated time for the observer by nearly six seconds! The only question we have to ponder now is…who is the observer? Is the observer someone from our dimensions, or from the dimension we are entering? I’d think it’d be the dimension we’re entering, as we have most likely stepped out of our own dimension and into another higher one. In this I have another theory. If we can create a device that I will coin the name of “Time Accelerator Generator” which basically keeps a vibratory speed at faster than light speeds, we should be able to extract the energy from a higher dimension, using it for our own purposes. Imagine that. Here is a Quote from a friend on another site and my response:
I think this is a relatively decent theory, or at least a great idea. please, give me some feedback. cd |

You're basing this theory to much on mathematics when really the physical representation of this phenomenon is much better. You made some math mistake somewhere probably but I can't find it. The fact is, you're wrong. I think I found a few fallacizzles... The first is that you do not reach a higher dimension when you break the speed of light because breaking the speed of light is an impossibility. Also, you can't call a complex square root i and then use a crazy jellotiviy theory to prove something. That dosen't work.
Anyways, special relitivity states that when you increase velocity you experience an increased mass and a time dialation. The books always state this wrong when they say you gain mass. You don't actually get bigger or more dense; the kinetic energy that you have as an object actually starts to noticably manifest itself as mass. At high enough quanities energy behaves like matter, weird. This furthers the theory that matter is just a "frozen" energy form. The time dialation occurs so that at every velocity you can ever go at, light will SEEM to be going the exact same speed as it always was. Like if you sped up fast enough you couldn't race a light beam. When you reach the speed of light your mass becomes infinite and time stops for you because light still needs to beat you relitively. As you speed up faster it becomes harder and harder to speed you up because of time dialation for whatever is pushing you. Can you see what would happen? You speed up a little more and then time dialation jumps forward more and it's harder to make the next step and then even harder. The chain wouldn't end. It would take infinite energy to move an object to the speed of light. If this did happen the object would immedietly condense into a black hole and all the universe will be sucked into its pit of no time. Good thing it's an impossibility. No amount of math can ever break that fact. Until there is an infinite source of energy, it's impossible to exceed or reach the speed of light. |

I thought only particals can only get to the speed of light. Huge masses would be crushed. At least, that is what I've heard. I'm don't have much knowledge in physics and chemistry or quantum or any other science branch to understand or disagree with. I doubt you'll find anybody to give you a decent criticism since many of the intellects are gone. If I were you, I would seek out ErikJdurwoodII or BrerFox on the chats and link this to them.

Scientists postulate that tachyons can and do go faster than light. Perhaps finding and studying these would shed light on CD27's hypothesis...

To be honest with you CD27 I always think you are full of yourself...
Not only did you miss 3 other importent equations revolving going near light but you also seem to connect lines to things that arn't even in our dimension (As in your getting ahead of yourself)...The first problem with this is that anything faster then light would need infinite energy to go slower then light. Also anything faster then light would move backward in time and be pretty much be its own parallal universe. Seeing that is they don't obey our laws of physics...and if its beyond our dimenion you can't really say speed (among other things) even exist. I honestly believe you can't go faster then light. I just think its one of them laws in our univese, but I still keep my mind open to it. I do have my own hypothesis of how a illusion would occur to make things appear faster then light. And travel farer then light even if it don't go faster. Honestly I think your just getting ahead of yourself...I can go on with other things but I just don't feel for it right now. |

There's a lot of theories about this already. I do not know if it is tachyons that I read about, could be another type of particle, but if it is, they are still debating whether they even exist or not. If so, there's theories on what we can do if we learn to control or manipulate them that are incredibly interesting. Although impossible for matter, sending information back in time was an option. (Imagine the possibilities and problems. Truely mind boggling) I believe there's even information on this when researching the theory of relativity. (Einstein) *EDIT I guess Niushirra proved to me it was tachyons that I was thinking of |

Who knows, 90% of this information is coming from your head. 90% of the information of science is coming from people's heads, almost anything could be wrong and we don't know.
Almost everything being theorized is assumption upon assumption, all we have is our reality which could be amazing or normal depending on our theories. If all information is coming from your imaginary lab, theorizing and testing area then anything can be happen. |

lol bravo Johnny!
That black hole reminds me of a theory of a friend of mines has. But I believe the same thing I told him is that no one can answer it. |

Wow.. well it would seem that I am the only one who agrees with CD (though not the part about going into a different dimension).
And those who say that you can't go faster than light, have you ever heard of Wormholes or the Alcubierre Warp Drive? Though those techniques wouldn't exactly make you go faster than light in a normal sense. The former digs a tunnel between two points allowing you to travel through at "normal" speeds but still arrive there faster than light would in the normal path. The latter involves moving space itself instead of moving the vessel. |

You didn't actually agree, Jake. You proposed a new hypothesis for exceeding light speed but really it's cheating. A car that goes 50 miles per hour still goes 50 miles per hour even if it takes a shorter route to its destination. This does bring up an important point that the shortest distance between any two points could possibly be 0.
