I never said the construct wasn't there, all i'm saying is that a construct is an manafested idea (its really there). And when you taste a construct you are infact tasting your minds interpretation of the idea in flavour form.

i think it means :
when you send a flavoured,sented or a psiball with any human sense in it you arent sending the "sense" but an idea of the sense, so as he sends a strawberry psiball its got the idea of strawbery flavour imprinted on it, you receive the idea, then your brain kicks in the sense
if thats any clearer

heh, I've tried to make a psi ball, though it was not visible I had a crazy Idea puting it in my mouth, so I did Anyway ...

The psi-ball tasted like plastic and I did not "feel" it physicaly but I did taste it.

did it without programing the psiball or construct to a certain flavor, it's probably the default flavor or something

Yep they are possible. It's not going to have any nutritional value but they can be fun just to play around with.

Telepathy and energy manipulation are not necisarily separate from each other. You can use a construct to carry an impression/concept/simple message (etc) quite sucessfully. It's possible that this is how this works. It is also possible to create more "measurable effects" as well (such as changes in temperature etc).
