Well, whether you succeed or not isn't predetermined...so that would be clairvoyance, rather then scanning.

I don't understand this post. What does someone scanning you have to do with knowing if you'll succeed or not?

the forum would be a better place if all the scanmes were deleted so noone gets these bright ideas anymore.
