silentscream Joined: 13 Jul 2006 Posts: 44	I push all of my energy up to the tip top of my head and let it build up. Once ther is alot of energy you can vizualice there is a volcano on top of your head, It Explodes and the lava(energy) is pouring doen and making a skin tight sheild around you.
