1nd1g0_k1d asks on November 7, 2003, 4:19pm:

Hey Peebrain, My question for you is this: I have tried in the past to get articles approved or even accepted ino the articles sections regarding topics such as Lucid Dreaming and Aura reading but i never received a response; do you respond to emails containing articles or do you just decide whether or not they get accepted? Also, will you or other moderators write articles regarding Psychic healing?

Peebrain replies on November 10, 2003, 4:33pm:

Re-send them. Perhaps they got lost in the internet, or maybe I just forgot about them on accident. I get anywhere from 5-10 new e-mails a day, so sometimes things get thrown into the "normal" pile. Make your subject upper-case, that might help Smile.

stevetb2001 asks on November 3, 2003, 11:43am:

That new Q&A rules!!!

But is it possible to be able to take answers from more than 1 admin?

Not_Important replies on November 3, 2003, 1:02pm:

As far as _I_ know all authors of psipog can answer your questions. We have this virtual place where all questions are being collected and answered by authors who want to answer.

Other people cannot answer your question... to avoid the same abuse as we had it on the forums. Smile *looks @ Peebrain*

=> NI was here

Peebrain replies on November 10, 2003, 12:43am:

The people who I have set up to answer the Q&A are:
1. Me (Peebrain)
2. NI aka Not_Important
3. annie aka anniesocks
4. Jaspers aka Gnome
5. Rainsong

It is also possible for more than one admin to answer the same question (as you can see here, both myself and NI have answered your question Smile). As NI stated though, any random user can't answer questions because we don't trust any random user Smile.

telekineticguy55 asks on November 7, 2003, 6:39pm:

I was just wondering about the psiball pictures in the media. all i am seeing are little colored dots and some of them are in a ball shape but i dont see any hands or anything

Peebrain replies on November 10, 2003, 12:39am:

The pictures were taken in the dark.

havokc_0 asks on November 9, 2003, 2:03pm:

On a previous answer to a quesion, I saw that there were, I think five mod's. Well my question is, do any of us normal users have a chance to become a mod, and if so, what do we have to do to show that we are good enough to become an op.

Peebrain replies on November 10, 2003, 12:38am:

Sure, of course you have a chance. Actually, Yumper is a chat moderator right now, and I don't think he was when I made that list. The best way to become a leader in the community is to be ACTIVE in the community Smile. Come by the chat, share your thoughts on things, act intelligently, get to know the other mods, etc...

The_Seven_Mystics asks on November 6, 2003, 3:49pm:

Can members write manuals? It says we have a small chance of having even articles put on, but nothing about manuals. Should we submit a request before sending the article? Can members send in media? Thank you for even considering to answer this question, and thank you for answering my other ones.

annie replies on November 7, 2003, 8:30pm:

Yes, you can always submit new material. Whether we post it is up to us, though.

gabreal asks on November 6, 2003, 1:25pm:

Hey. I don't mean to be rude, but when will the next articles be up?

Peebrain replies on November 6, 2003, 3:26pm:

I am pretty swamped from college for the next week and a half... Tests, projects, etc... I will try to get some up this weekend (Nov 8th and 9th) to give you guys some new stuff. Sorry for any delays.

nukular asks on November 4, 2003, 5:12pm:

Why don't you use a normal chat room?

Peebrain replies on November 5, 2003, 2:06pm:

What is a "normal" chat room? You mean a normal IRC chat room? We used to, and people were evading bans, and spamming their channels in our channel, and spamming their links in our channel, and doing join/part floods, and taking over the channel, and all that great stuff that comes with an IRC channel. We didn't like that. So here we are now.

The_Seven_Mystics asks on November 3, 2003, 6:02pm:

Will Chat v3.2 be suitable for Macs and Unix users? I have really wanted to get into the chat, but I haven't been able too...

Peebrain replies on November 4, 2003, 8:39am:

No, v3.2 will be fix some bugs and add a few features to v3.1, a windows client.

nukular asks on November 3, 2003, 5:46pm:

Why do you exile the linux and mac people, and annoy the people who normally chat on windows with something else by useing a normal chat room (without the lite client) or, as a compramise, put the room pass on the website.
I really want to join you on austnet

Peebrain replies on November 4, 2003, 8:38am:

People who chat on windows aren't annoyed. I don't purposely exile the linux and mac people, you exile yourself. Windows is the most popular operating system in the world, and I am just one man. I can't make it work for everyone. It's the same reason I don't make a chat client for the Apple II computers out there. You have chosen to use an unpopular OS, and this is the result. If I was actually getting paid to do this stuff, or if there were more than just me working on it, I might be able to add support for linux and mac, but I can't. Sorry.

psycho_89 asks on November 2, 2003, 6:16pm:

When was this website created?

Peebrain replies on November 2, 2003, 11:33pm:

I think the official birthdate was May 20th, 2000. Beginning of Summer 2000 for sure, though some dates don't line up for one reason or another.
